Meet the Team!

Three friends, one shared vision
Greenacre’s journey has grown from a friendship between three women, Fiona, Melissa and Kat, brought together by a shared love of nature, creativity, connection and the belief that life can be lived with more heart.
Fiona is the custodian of Greenacre, a beautiful organic farm lovingly passed down by her father, whose lifelong care for the land, wildlife and nature continues to inspire all that happens here. With more than twenty years’ experience of organising events, alongside a lifelong passion for creativity, colour, culture and bringing people together, Fiona has long dreamed of opening this special place for soulful retreats and gatherings. She creates spaces where people can laugh, dance, breathe, heal and feel at home in nature.
Melissa brings her experience in marketing, events, entrepreneurship and heart-led business, together with a deep personal interest in wellbeing, intuition, nature and how we live more balanced lives. As the founder of Heart Leaders www.heart-leaders.com and a teacher of entrepreneurship and business start-up at Exeter University, she is passionate about bringing inner “being” and outer “doing” into better balance. Melissa will share tools and practices that support the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self, helping people connect with their own heart’s wisdom and create a life they truly love.
Kat was born and raised on a farm just a few miles from Greenacre and now works from her own peaceful wooden cabin, where she has supported individuals and couples through counselling for fifteen years. Her work brings together lived experience, science, philosophy, spirituality and vibration, offering people an opportunity to see themselves more clearly and recognise the patterns that may no longer serve them. Kat creates thoughtful, transformative practices that encourage people to reconnect with their authentic selves and move forward with greater freedom, self-understanding and compassion.
Together, they are creating retreats and weddings where people can step away from the noise of everyday life and spend meaningful time in nature and community. Through conversation, movement, meditation, sound, creativity, dance, laughter, reflection and rest, we invite people to explore what helps them feel more alive, grounded and true to themselves.
When we hold space for conscious gatherings and retreats, the energy of a place is so important. Our intention is for Greenacre to be a place where it is safe to soften, surrender, be held in nature. We know there will be many sensitive souls who come to be healed by our trees, plants, waters and the earth. We have made the decision to make Greenacre an alcohol free retreat space so that people can detox from drugs, alcohol, digital – all the things that lead to overwhelm and that stop us from coming home to ourselves
We are not here to tell anyone who they should be. Instead, we hold space for people to soften the layers that no longer serve them, remember their own inner wisdom and find their way forward with greater clarity, confidence and compassion.
We believe in the healing power of nature, the importance of friendship and sisterhood, the joy of dancing among the trees, the comfort of a good hug and the magic that happens when people gather with open hearts.
Above all, we want Greenacre to feel like a place where everyone is welcome. A place to laugh, breathe, learn, heal, celebrate and feel at home, both in nature and within themselves.
