Our season starts on the first weekend of May
We are on 150 acres of beautiful organic land in East Devon in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). The only people you are likely to meet are our lovely sheep, and if you’re lucky, their lambs! And of course, Fiona your host !
All our Exclusive Hen Do packages are for 2 nights so that you really have a chance to settle in, relax and enjoy your alternative ‘glamping hen weekend’ with the girls in our gorgeous fully furnished bell tents.

We have catering or self catering options so you can mould your weekend to suit you. Browse over our amazing menus for a simple meal, or opt for a Chef’s dinner, or for the champagne and canapes.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- Huge marquee set up with a chill out area, games area and indoor eating if required.
- Fully furnished luxury 5m bell tents which sleep 4 in each.
- Lots of meals included in your price. 2 delicious breakfasts, a luxury ploughmans, and a picnic lunch.
- Our party barn has a fully equipped working bar which you can run yourselves. So all you have to do is play your music on our system, switch on the disco lights, and party the night away.
- Just outside is a large fire pit with wood included where you can sit and enjoy a drink with your gals.
- There is also a large outdoor covered veranda where you can sit and relax with a smoke.
- A covered bbq area with massive double grills, with a large fridge for your food.
- A fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you’ll need, including a dishwasher!
- An extra covered area with a large table.
- Full size outdoor table tennis table with bats and balls
- Full size football table
- A massive field to set up your own rounders, or sports day.
- And most importantly of all, huge lawns where you can lie in the grass and soak up the sun!

Workshops
Choose from various ‘creative’ ‘crafty’ & ‘active’ workshops – we have a great selection which is always being added to.
Add Cocktails and Games to your weekend!
Fancy making your own cocktails? Fun and friendly bartenders will take you through making four different cocktails which you will choose as a group. You’ll all have your own workstation, and of course you’ll have to do lots of tasting !! In between each cocktail are fun drinking games. This workshop is a blast as you can imagine! This could be a great thing to add to your weekend on the Friday night. Nothing like a few cocktails to break the ice! Ha Ha !
Coasteering
How about this for a fun day out! The craziest route with the funniest features – group jumps, cliff hanger impossible climbs, pitch black caves, and the ultimate final leap.
Hot Tub
Fancy a ‘hot tub’ for the weekend ? Drop us a line for more information. What a way to while away a lazy afternoon!
Karaoke!
I don’t think I need to describe what goes on here! But it’s fun! We can hire in all the equipment for you. Just ask for more details.
Our unusual, cozy barn is yours for the whole weekend
A perfect party venue! And when you’re not dancing – relax in big sofas surrounded by the textiles and funky artwork! And you don’t have to worry about the weather !
Sleep under canvas in our beautiful bell tents which sleep four.
All are fully furnished and gorgeous. A separate wooden cabin is available to use with its fully equipped kitchen and table to sit and relax. Also a full size double bbq in its own undercover area.
Yoga
We have a lovely area with outstanding views for yoga in the morning if you wish with our wonderful teacher.
